Cancellation Policy
All prices listed online are starting rates. Appointments scheduled online require payment in full or a 50% deposit, which can be applied toward grooming services.
To reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Your payment will be applied to your next appointment if rescheduled.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your payment or a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to attend the appointment will incur the full service charge.
We appreciate your understanding that last-minute cancellations or no-shows deny another client the opportunity for service. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have.

Appointments can be scheduled via phone call, text message, or in person during your last visit. To secure your appointment, a minimum payment of 50% is required.
Please note that appointments are scheduled consecutively and each is allocated a specific amount of time. We kindly ask that you adhere to these policies to ensure your dog has ample time for a complete and enjoyable experience. Thank you for your cooperation.
As this is a mobile servicing which involves factors outside of our control i.e. traffics, accidents, appointment delays. We will communicate with you throughout the day if we are running early or late.
Please ensure your home meets the requirements, refer to the ‘requirements’ page.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your booking may be rescheduled.
Vaccinations
Groomer 2 You requires that all pets are up to date with their vaccines. We also ask that your pets be seen at least yearly by a veterinarian so that the health of your pet can be guaranteed to be safe around other animals.
Pet safety
At Groomer 2 You your pet’s safety is our number one priority. It is therefore, imperative that all our clients follow these pet safety policies:
We kindly request that you toilet your dog before arrival, with a longer walk prior to the appointment being ideal. This will help ensure a more comfortable grooming experience for your dog.
All dogs must be on a leash when entering or exiting the trailer.
If you suspect your dog has fleas, we recommend administering a monthly topical treatment and washing all bedding prior to grooming for a more effective eradication. Please note that flea baths only eliminate adult fleas on your dog, not their eggs or those in your pet's bedding, making them less effective for complete flea control. Should we discover fleas during the grooming process, a $30 flea service fee will be automatically applied. This fee covers a flea wash for your dog and treatment of our premises to prevent the spread of fleas.
For the safety of all clients, we cannot groom pets with any contagious skin issues, diseases, fungi, or worms. If we identify such issues, we will return your pet immediately, and you will be responsible for the portion of the grooming that was completed, along with a clean-up fee.
We recommend scheduling regular grooming appointments every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain your dog’s coat health and keep them looking and feeling their best.
Please be aware that if your dog is matted and requires close shaving, there is an increased risk of shaving cuts, lesions, or hematomas. While we will take all necessary precautions to avoid any abrasions, the risk remains, especially with matted fur. A matting fee will be applied accordingly.
